Free hookup sites are hardly free

The problem with the word ‘free’ is that it’s so easy for our minds to go on overdrive.  It seems like we go on autopilot and we make all sorts of assumptions and expectations against our better judgment.  I don’t think I need to remind you the most common outcome when we go into that mode.  If you want me to remind you, let me spell it out: disappointment. 

How many times have you been told that you only need to sit down for a free sales presentation and you would get some sort of free vacation?  I can tell you from my experiences with such bullshit sales presentation is that they’re never free.  Sure, technically speaking, you don’t have to whip out your credit card or lay out some of those hard-earned dollars, but you’re still paying.  In fact, you’re paying in the most expensive form of currency you will ever generate in your life.  What currency am I talking about?  I am, of course, talking about your time.

You see, your time is such an important and precious asset that you can turn it into a wide range of things.  You can turn it into a better body if you invest your time in hitting the gym or taking the time to adopt the proper nutrition.  You can turn your time into a better intellect or a higher IQ by reading a lot more books, engaging with intelligent people and otherwise challenging yourself on an intellectual level.  Do you see where I’m coming from?

Unfortunately, free hookup sites rob you of this most precious asset.  The sad reality is that a lot of them lay out the content in such a way that you’re basically just chasing your tail somehow, someway, the hope is you will click on some sort of ad and make money for the people that run those websites.  That’s how they make their money.  In many cases, these websites are simply stocked with fake accounts that try all sorts of tricks to get you whip out your money.  Whether we’re talking about buying penis enlargement pills, signing up for all sorts of bullshit porn sites, whatever the case may be, there’s going to be all sorts of traps laid out in front of you for every minute you’re on these websites.

I’m just letting you know what’s out there.  I’m not saying that free hookup sites are bullshit and you should avoid them like the plague.  I’m not saying that at all.  What I’m saying is that you should approach them with wide open eyes.  That’s the only way you can increase your likelihood of actually getting what you’re looking for which is, of course, to hookup.
